Mthunzi Mashaba
DIRECTOR
Mthunzi is an admitted attorney with more than twenty years post articles experience. He has broad knowledge of corporate/commercial law acquired throughout his career as a practicing attorney; regulatory environment; and corporate environment. He is equipped to handle matters in company law, competition law, mergers & acquisitions, labour law, contracts, commercial litigation and medical negligence matters. In his role as practitioner he has been able to conduct high profile matters and represent blue chip companies and government institutions. He holds a B.Proc from University of Pretoria, Higher Diploma in Tax Law, from Rand Afrikaans University (now UJ) and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS)
Queeneth
DIRECTOR
Queeneth currently serves as a director on the boards of Sikhuliso Resources (PTY) Ltd and Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation (PTY) Ltd.
She has held various positions in retail banking, personal and small business sectors, including new business, credit, service and customer retention management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master in Business Administration degree.
Sipho Tsotsi
DIRECTOR
Sipho is a director and founder of Sikhuliso Resources, a founder and executive Chairman of Dlanubekele Holdings and Chairman of Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation (Proprietary) Limited. Previously he was Key Account Manager at telecoms companies, Siemens and Telkom SOE.
Stewart Foya
DIRECTOR
Stewart is geoscientist with more than 20 years experience covering exploration, mining, mineral processing and geoscience research and innovation. A fellow of the Geological Society of South Africa, he has held technical and corporate roles at Skanska Jensen Civil Engineering AB, AngloGold, Anglogold Ashanti, Council for Geoscience, and Lurco Group. Stewart has served on various advisory roles for government, public and private companies and currently serves as Director on the board of Tswelopele Beneficiation Operation (Proprietary) Limited and GCU Academy of Sciences. Stewart holds a doctoral degree in Economic Geology.
Muneiwa Rakhalaru
INDEPENDANT TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Mr Rakhalaru is a Director at Aretshedza Group and an Independent Technical Advisor to Sikhuliso Resources. With over ten years of experience in geology, environment, mining, and commodity trading, Mr Rakhalaru has managed various mining projects from the greenfield to the feasibility phase. His expertise ranges from Mineral Rights Applications, Exploration, Environmental Impact Assessment in mining projects, Renewable energy and IPP planning. Mr Rakhalaru is also a registered scientist and Environmental Assessment Practitioner with SACNASP and EAPASA. He holds a Bachelor of Earth Science in Mining and Environmental Geology (Hons), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Science in Environmental Management.
